The Sales Edge – Public Training Program
The award-winning sales training program designed to get everyone in your company who interacts with your clients identifying opportunities and selling solutions.
No matter who is part of your “sales team”, there is always a ramp-up time to learn your industry, your product or service, your way of gaining and keeping new customers. By utilizing the tools in The Sales Edge program, you can propel your sales team who may include project and product managers, technical staff, client support staff or management to new goals, and new heights. What makes us different? We offer a customized approach to sales training.
Participants are asked to complete the ProfileXT or ProfileSales assessment prior to the training. Coaching groups are set up for each class. These sales coaching groups review goal accomplishments for accountability, review self-assessment results and discussion points as well as finish the session by setting “slight-edge” goals.

The Employers Edge Train the SALES Coach is a proven and strategic mentoring and coaching process complete with 8 customized sales development modules your coach’s use as guides to help staff set goals and take action to acknowledge and implement the necessary changes required.
Train the SALES Coach® is available to you in two ways:
- As an off-site program for your managers conducted by The Employers Edge. Through licensing of your in-house coaching, training, and managerial staff to deliver the coaching modules directly to managers, supervisors and staff. Modules may then be purchased individually as needed, or as a customized unlimited usage soft copy license fee that is customizable to your organization.
- As a “public” program at an The Employers Edge, Inc. workshop facility. Participants will be certified to purchase and coach managers in their organization around the The Employers Edge, Inc. modules.
